Pastoral Council
Our Pastoral Council seeks to implement the mission statement of the parish. It has the responsibility to act in a leadership role to advise and assist the pastor in activities of the parish. Elected members serve a three-year term.

The Council meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm in the Parish Center, working behind the scenes to foster programs which help the spiritual life of the parish to flourish

Meetings are open to all.  This active and enthusiastic group of men and women, of all age ranges, represent YOU and thus work together with the guidance of the Holy Spirit to promote the parish family.

Welcome Committee
The Welcome Committee are volunteers who welcome new parishioners and inform them of our many parish activities. The committee hosts Welcome Sunday on the first Sunday of every month. Newcomers are invited to join fellow parishioners for coffee, donuts and fellowship after masses.

Parish Picnic
Our Annual Parish Picnic takes place on the 4th weekend of August.  In 2011, the dates were
           August 26 and 27.
Many volunteer opportunities are available in preparation for, and the day of, our annual picnic. Some of the volunteer opportunities include setup, cleanup, working in stands, kitchen/dining facilitators, sorting and labeling items for the stands and quilt bingo workers.
The weekend consists of a Friday Night Fish Fry and Jam Fest  with lots of food and music
for listening ( and dancing, if you wish) on the school parking lot and grounds.
Saturday night begins with Mass at 4:00 p.m., Fried Chicken Dinner with all the fixin's,
Hand-Made Quilt Bingo, and lots of children's games and stands to test your skill or luck.

BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY FOR A WONDERFUL TIME!
