Dear Parents, We now have a Confirmation Date. The Date is Thursday May 10th, 2012. Confirmation will be in the church at 7:00pm. The Confirmation students need to arrive at church by 5:00pm on May 10th, 2012. Individual and group pictures will be taken at 5:30pm. At 6:30pm the group meeting with Bishop Braxton. Sponsors should be there by 6:00pm. The will be a Confirmation meeting in the Parish Center on April 21st, 2012 from 9:00am to 12:00noon. The speaker will be Russell Peterson. There will be a tour of the Cathedral following the meeting. Please note the change in the date. Confirmation practice will be on May 9th at 4:00pm in the church. The Confirmation Retreat will be on Monday March 5th, 2012 from 8:30am to 3:30pm, in the Parish Center. Parents, do not forget to help your student with his/her hours. They have 36 hours to complete for Confirmation. There are many ways they can earn hours, the parish blood drives, help Father with the yard clean up. In November we will need help with changing the books in church, and also decorating the church for Christmas. If you have any questions ask Dean Wombacher or Scott Clayton who are their catechists. |
