1. Building Discipleship / Evangelization (POC: Fr Mark/Dcn Dan - INFO):

2. Rectory/Church Updates (OPR: Fr Mark):

   1. Committees

      1. Facilities/Campus Assessment

         1. Cost for replacement of school windows $350,000.  The plan is to complete in the Summer of June 2026.

         2. Kent B. is completing the assessment and informational binders for all campus buildings.

      2. Security

         1. Parish Center doors locked during Mass.  Locks on breezeway doors not yet complete.

3. Parish/Rectory Projects

   1. A roof/ceiling leak in the Rectory dining room has been temporarily fixed.

4. Opportunities to Collaborate with St Libory ( POC: Fr Mark):  (Revisit Quarterly Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct)  Collaboration during Advent/Christmas with Mass schedule.  Plans for St. Liborius Spring/Lent evening of fun and reflection.

5. Mass Schedule (OPR: Fr Mark): December 8th - Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception: 6:30am HC, 8am HC, 6:30pm SL.

Christmas Eve: 4pm SL, 6pm HC, 10pm HC.  Christmas Day: 8am SL, 10am HC

5. Pastoral Council Selections (OPR: Fr Mark): Dolores Gordon is filling Ben Hester’s remaining term due to his work and other parish commitments.

   1. Father Mark - Our Time Together Today: Faith formation in the home, family activities at church, plans to implement at both parishes.

   2. Kent - NSTR

   3. Karolyn - HCCCW Sookie Sale December 13th & 14th.

   4. Mary - NSTR

   6. Stacie - Church decorations go up December 21st and take down on January 11th.

   7. Debbie - Dinner Auction was a very successful, raised additional monies for window project.
