Old Business:  

1. Building Discipleship / Evangelization (POC: Fr Mark/Dcn Dan):  

   1. 2026 Adoration Calendar

   2. Parish / Community Outreach / Evangelization

      1. Café Sunday (Paula Proffitt) KC hosting 6/14

      2. Focus Masses: June 13th, St. Anthony of Padua. Blessed bread to be distributed at Masses.  Cost of bread covered by KC.

      3. Evangelization Committee

      4. USCCB Evangelization Summit (in October)

2. Adult/Family Education (POC: Fr Mark/Dcn Dan):

   1. Our Time Together Today/Hand In Hand planning meeting at HC on 6/20

   2. Parish Mission: Marianist MORE Team (in the Fall)

   3. Adult Formation: 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 6:30 PM. Starts 6/10 at St Liborius.   A potpourri  of Catholic faith questions

3. Rectory/Church Updates (OPR: Fr Mark):

   1. Committees

      1. Facilities/Campus Assessment and Projects: Ramp added at the rectory entrance and a chair lift in the breezeway between the rectory and church.  Plan to power wash bricks in Mary Garden.  Working on other miscellaneous projects.

      2. Security: Panic bars are being obtained for the inside doors at the main church entrance.

4. Opportunities to Collaborate with St Libory (POC: Fr Mark):  (Revisit Quarterly Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct)  Joint meeting not planned at this time. Feast of St Liborius on 7/23 there will be an evening Mass at St. Liborius, followed by an ice cream social.

5. Pastoral Council Selections (OPR: Fr Mark): Members with expiring terms: Kevin Attig (stepping down), Ron Hulliung (staying), Dolores Gordon (stepping down), Mary Timmermann (staying).  June-July - Welcome new members, selection of Council positions.

6. Parish Fish Fry and Picnic August 21st and 22nd (Vinny Pagano):  Recap of May 19th meeting.  The next meeting is July 21st.  The Picnic Committee is looking for stand managers and ideas for new stands.

New Business

Around the room

Ron - Cairo mission/work trip planned for July 17th-19th.  Will not be asking for monetary donations due to the lack of major projects needed.

Fr. Mark - Back to School Bas/Open House 8/12;  First Day of School 8/14

Debbie - Dinner auction 10/17 Wizard of Oz theme

Karolyn - HCCCW inquiring about new chairs and floor for Parish Center.  Father indicated that the floor will be stripped and rewaxed.
