A. Opening Prayer – Fr. Mark led opening prayer.
B. Approval of Minutes – May minutes approved with revisions.
C. Review of Finances – March-May financial reports were reviewed. Discussed parish budget for FY 2026-2027. Preliminary budget proposal was based on FY 2025- 2026 income/expenses. Fr. Mark noted the generosity of HCC donors as the parish did not incur any debt for the new windows in the school. The school windows project was fully funded from HCS Dinner Auction and individual donations.
D. Review of any Proposals
· School improvements
· The installation of new floors in the lower-level classrooms was proposed. New flooring in the pre-school rooms is needed due to expansion of current space in to part of the storage room. The current floor tiles had been painted over several times in the past. Vinyl plank flooring was suggested as a better option than continuing to re-paint the floors. Vinyl plank flooring is estimated to last 20-25yrs. The Cost of this project is approximately $3500 to cover materials in the 2 class rooms. There would be no labor cost as Mike plans to donate the labor to install the new flooring.
E. Old Business
· School Windows Update
· Windows are being installed. No issues noted.
· Crash Bars on doors in Church Update
· Aluminum bars have been purchased and will be painted before installation on the inner doors leading in to the front of Church.
· Knights of Columbus Loan Update
· Parish still owes $69,000 to the HCC Knights of Columbus Council for loan received during the Capital Campaign drive. Quarterly interest payment is $525.
F. New Business
· No new business
G. Closing Prayer – Fr. Mark led the closing prayer. Meeting adjourned at 8:15pm.
